How long does my order take to ship?

Pre-ordered products will ship 3-4 weeks from purchase date and on hand products will ship 5-7 business days from purchase date. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.

Ex: If you order on a Monday, Tuesday-Thursday are processing days. Your order will ship on Thursday or Friday.

Can I pick up my order?

As of July 24, 2024, pick up is no longer an option.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, please email me if you require international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

There will be NO refunds, returns or exchanges as the products are handmade. Please do a skin patch test 48 hours before directly putting soap on your skin. Email me to discuss any problems with your product and I will find the best solution for you!

What happens if I typed the wrong address?

Email me before I create the shipping label, if not, you will have to pay for shipping AGAIN and that will delay your package 5-7 business days.
